Policies

First Appointment
Prior to your first appointment, please print and complete all new patient paperwork (emailed to you directly). If you are unable to complete your paperwork ahead of time, please arrive 15 minutes early to provide time for check-in and new patient paperwork.

Cancelation/ Rescheduling Policy:
We know time is valuable to all of our patients, and believe that everyone’s time should be respected. Therefore, we require that all appointments are held with a credit card, and request a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Changes to scheduled appointments within 24 hours can only be honored if there is time available for the service that day, and other patients are not inconvenienced. Your card will not be charged if your appointment time is filled. We do our best to fill these openings, and would always prefer to have another patient take your place than charge for a cancellation. However, a $25 fee will be applied if you cancel/reschedule within 24 hours, and a $50 fee will be applied if you are a “no-show”. Habitual “no-show” history may result in dismissal from Delete – Tattoo Removal & Laser Salon.

Late Policy:
We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes early so that our providers are always able to start your service on time or even early. If you arrive later than scheduled, we will always make every effort to accommodate your full appointment. Unfortunately, this is not always possible and late arrival may result in a reduced appointment time at full-service cost out of respect to the patients scheduled after you. Appointments missed by more than 10 minutes or more (or ½ of appointment time if less than 20 minutes) may be subject to a $25 cancellation fee. Last-minute schedule changes can only be honored if there is time available for the service, and other patients are not inconvenienced.

Age Requirements/Children:
Our services are often part of sensitive, personal journeys. For that reason, we are always striving to maintain a safe, comfortable environment for our patients. To assist us in sustaining this atmosphere, Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. It is the adult’s responsibility to monitor the behavior of their child/children while they are in the salon. All patients under the age of 18 seeking services must have a parent or guardian give signed consent before we are able to provide any treatments.

Payment:
We require payment in full on the day of your service, as well as any previous balances unless other arrangements are discussed. We accept Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, and Brilliant Distinctions. There is a $30 fee on all returned checks. Gratuity for laser technicians is never an expectation but always appreciated.

Refunds/Exchanges:
If you no longer wish to complete a package, all remaining funds may be transferred to other services or products. All refunds must be approved by the Salon Manager & Provider. You may return retail products within 30 days of purchase for full credit as long as it is unopened and in its original packaging.
